We are a business law firm composed of members of the legal profession with the following shared mission:
Explain the law
(and not just state it).
Provide you with information on risks and guarantees
to enable you to take the best management decision for you and your company (and not launch into long diatribes, shrouded in protection).
As reputed specialists
in our specific areas of expertise for many years, we remain focused on the matters we handle and in constant contact with our clients; 15 years’ legal experience can never be replaced by a host of inexperienced associates; our young lawyers work with their seniors, not in their place.
Act as high-level legal counsel
recognised for our top-notch skills, and not top-range property specialists offering views of the Eiffel Tower: make sure that our clients only pay for legal quality, at a fair price.
Negotiate in the manner best suited to the profiles
of all those seated around the negotiating table (and not performing always the same part).
Finally, in addition to strict professional standards, the responsiveness which is essential for a firm of our kind and our ability to listen to what our client has to say at all times, we will never forget that work also requires respect for our teams and a smile for our clients, who are so loyal to us and to whom we are thankful every day.
The best way to get to know us is to meet us face-to-face (we will always be ready to take the time required).
With regard to our skills, we think that our credentials
(see the “Press” section) speak more for us than a long discourse or a traditional CV.
